Advanced Motion Controls (AMC) has announced six new CANopen servo drives to its FlexPro line. These servo drives can operate in extreme temperatures, extreme pressures, and withstand shocks, vibrations and contamination. AMC's standard line of extended environment servo drives operate in temperatures from -40°C to +95°C, 25,000 meters above sea level to 400 meters below, feature an IP65 rating for ingress protection, and offer shock protection up to 25 gms for 5 minutes. AMC can also make custom models that exceed these limits. These servo drives are also compatible with the EtherCAT network protocol.
