The new RSGT Series Soft Starters are designed for use with AC three-phase induction motors up to 75 hp/55kW. Only three settings are required (FLC, ramp-up, ramp-down). The self-learning algorithm adjusts the soft starter’s parameters to work with different applications and varying load conditions. The integration of a Class 10 electronic overload provides advanced motor protection and results in further space savings in the electrical panel. Phase sequence protection, overload function and dry run function can be enabled or disabled through the front located Test/Reset push button. The RSGT Series is also equipped with a Modbus/RTU communication port with a 2-wire RS485 connection. The series is composed of the RGST40 and the RGST60 (up to 440V AC or 660V AC, respectively).
