Yaskawa Motoman has added the HC30PL collaborative robot that enables safe and fenceless palletizing to its HC-series line. This robot can also be deployed in handling, packaging and logistical applications. Power and force limiting technology monitors force to safely react to contact, and advanced pinchless geometry provides optimal safety. Hand-guided programming allows users to direct teach points without a pendant, and a plug-and-play tool flange connects a variety of end-of-arm tools. The HC30PL also features a through-arm category 6 Ethernet cable, I/O cable and dual 5 mm ID air lines, NSF H1 food grade grease, and an IP67 rating. This robot is compatible with the YRC1000 controller or YRC1000 micro controller and works with either the standard teach pendant with Yaskawa’s PalletSolver software or Smart Pendant. The cabinet measures 598mm x 499mm x 427mm.
