Quality Reports on the Web

Dec. 1, 2010
The latest version of QualityWorX analytical software includes an improved Web Reporter function that makes manufacturing data housed in the centralized QualityWorX database available across the network through a Web browser in a user-friendly interface.

By providing managers and technicians with quick, easy access to actionable data on manufacturing quality, the software eliminates time-consuming manual reporting. A library of standard reports is part of the software, including First Time Yield, Summary Report, Trend Browser, Failure Report, Failure Pareto, Repair Traffic and Defect Pareto. The reports provide insight on quality and throughput and enable some drill-down to determine the cause of issues affecting them. QualityWorX can be used with the vendor's sigPOD test stations and can also be connected to third-party test stations and PLC networks.
