SureFrame Cut-to-Length T-slotted Rails from AutomationDirect

AutomationDirect has added SureFrame cut-to-length T-slotted extruded aluminum rails. Slotted aluminum rail structures are lightweight, economical, and easy to construct. This structure system is very versatile and has many uses, from stands that hold barcode scanners and label applicators to OEM machines made entirely of T-slotted aluminum rail.

The new T-slotted rails are available in the most popular profiles and dimensions, including 1 x 1in, 1 x 2in, 2 x 2in, 1.5 x 1.5in, 1.5 x 3in, 3 x 3in, 30 x 30mm, 40 x 40mm, 40 x 80mm, 80 x 80mm, 45 x 45mm, 45 x 90mm, and 90 x 90mm.

The SureFrame T-slotted rails are compatible with many other brands and can be cut to your specified lengths in increments of 0.001 inches with no cutting fees. These rails are also stock items and can ship quickly.

SureFrame T-slotted rails start at $0.22/inch and have a 1-year warranty.
