Fast-turnaround Custom Enclosures

Jan. 12, 2011
Offered for use by machine builders and OEMs, build-to-spec non-metallic enclosures can be designed and delivered rapidly using a patented process to meet critical performance, cost and dimensional requirements, says the vendor.
With no size or configuration constraints, enclosures made of UL listed PVC can be completed with specific panels and cutouts for conduit, fans and A/C. The doors have key lock latches and all enclosures have robust stainless steel hardware. The square design of these patented enclosures facilitates mounting onto engineered machine surfaces as they have no draft angles. Cost is reduced by having all cut-out features incorporated during the manufacturing process rather than after-the-fact. The PVC and polycarbonate material used is lightweight but durable, noncorrosive, nonconductive and does not need paint, says the vendor. The enclosures are manufactured to UL50 and meet NEMA 4X standards.Midwest Plastic Fabricatorswww.midwestplasticfabricators.com440.543.7602
