Teledyne DALSA, a Teledyne Technologies company, will showcase its latest cameras and machine vision solutions at Automate 2013 in Chicago, Illinois January 21-24, 2013.

Teledyne DALSA, a Teledyne Technologies company, will showcase its latest cameras and machine vision solutions at Automate 2013 in Chicago, Illinois January 21-24, 2013.  Automate is the largest solutions-based exhibition of automation technologies in North America and showcases the full spectrum of automation technologies and solutions for a broad array of industries.
 
Dr. Ben Dawson, Director of Strategic Development, will be giving a tutorial on color machine vision at the show on January 23, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
 
Teledyne DALSA will display and demo its smart, line scan and area scan cameras, as well as its Vision Appliance, and vision processor solutions in booth 448:

Teledyne DALSA’s BOA Pro smart camera combined with our advanced Sherlock inspection software delivers a robust and easy-to-use, single-point vision solution for the factory floor (now supports PROFINET IO). Teledyne DALSA will also feature its new GEVA-300, a compact vision system for GigE-based, multipoint inspection.

Attendees can discover Teledyne DALSA’s Icon user programmable camera series for OEMs and its most advanced image processor, theXcelera CL-VX4 featuring Sapera APF user-programmable FPGA interface.
 
Color Image Capture and Processing
Teledyne DALSA is leading the industry with innovative area and line scan color cameras based on its proprietary CMOS sensor technology. ThePiranha4 multi-line scan camera series (1k to 8k pixel resolutions) along with the Genie TS GigE Vision area scan camera, featuring VGA to 12M resolution, will be showcased at this event.
