Over 20 years ago our business began as “Industrial Software Solutions – Wonderware”, or ISS Wonderware for short. Focused on being the regional distributor for Wonderware software, a game-changer in the market of Industrial Automation, specifically HMI (Human Machine Interface). As Wonderware grew, incorporating additional offerings into its software portfolio, expanding into process historians, manufacturing optimization, a platform technology known as System Platform and more, we expanded our expertise and offerings to complement the market.
In 2007, we renamed to “Wonderware PacWest” to better represent ourselves as the regional representatives for Wonderware. In 2012, we launched a new division focused on providing connectivity solutions in the budding Industrial Internet of Things space.
Today, we’ve continued to add industry leading solutions to our portfolio to better empower our customers and improve their businesses. With the inclusion of additional Schneider Electric software solutions in Asset Performance, District Energy Optimization, Water Network Optimization and more, we’ve grown beyond just Wonderware into a full industrial software provider.
Thus we find it fitting that we return to our original name, Industrial Software Solutions, merging our business units back together, to continue our evolution as a company and to better serve our customers. We will continue to offer best-in-class solutions, sales and support service to all of our customers and are excited to begin this new chapter in our history.
