Switches, Magnets for Machine Safety

Oct. 2, 2009
165…VL machine safety switches are enclosed in a highly polished stainless steel housing and are fully potted.
Reed switch technology is designed to ensure a long life time and high reliability. The switches can be pressure washed, and can be used in severe environments with temperatures ranging from –25°C to +80°C. They fulfill the demanding requirements of the IP69K protection category according to DIN EN 60529. The coded magnets are available as standard versions, or as strong magnet versions. The strong magnet versions ensure an operating distance of up to 7mm. The switches are available in several configurations, with 2 normally open contacts, or 1 normally open and 1 normally close contact. The 2 normally open contacts version is available in 3- or 4-wire configurations. Elobau Sensor Technology Inc.www.elobau-st.com847.615.0828
