The VariFlex Series of compact AC drives can handle most general purpose three-phase motor control applications from 1/3HP to 5HP, and offer features and options typically not found on more sophisticated drives, says the vendor.
The ten most commonly used drive parameters are listed on the front cover, which is sufficient for 90 percent of applications. A remote keypad is also available. VariFlex drives are available in three frame sizes (A, B and C) covering mains voltages from 180VAC to 528VAC. They universally accept both single-phase and three-phase supply voltages. With widths measuring less than three inches, their compact size minimizes space required within electrical enclosures. VariFlex drive features include standard Modbus capabilities and the ability to quickly clone the programming from one drive to others via the compact SmartStick.
