LCD Displays

March 21, 2013
A 7-in. WVGA and two 8.4-in. SVGA TFT-LCD displays are being added to the TFT-LCDs product line.

Each feature Super Wide Viewing (SWV) technology, and two are bright enough for viewing in sunlight. Screens reportedly enable images to be viewed with vivid color (no gray inversion) from any angle. An LED backlight achieves brightness levels as high as 1,200 nits (cd/m2). The LED driver circuit at full dimming circuit is integrated into the LCD module. The new TFT-LCDs are designed with standard LVDS interfaces and operate in temperatures between -30º to 85º C.
