Nov. 14, 2013
The RVG200 incorporates advanced features to give operators easy and secure access to process data.

Using intuitive icon-based menus or by "swiping" through the screens, operators can rapidly find the process data they need, in a choice of individual or grouped charts, bar graphs or digital indicator displays. The unit's integrated Web server allows remote access from a PC, tablet or smartphone, providing anytime, anyplace overview of the current status of the unit and the monitored process. A 100 Mbps Ethernet connection gives remote operators access to a wide range of functions and benefits. The recorder can notify operators via email of process alarms or critical process events, automatically sent to their PC or smartphone. It can also be configured to routinely email summary reports of process conditions. Process input functions are AMS2750E compliant, making the unit suitable for temperature recording in aerospace and automotive heat treatment processes. Up to 24 universal analog inputs enable direct connection of mA, mV, T/C, RTD, voltage and digital signals. Sample rate is 125 ms and channel-to-channel isolation is 500 V. The unit also features front and rear USB ports and communicates via MODBUS over Ethernet or RS-485
