Next Generation of Power Controllers

Feb. 2, 2011
A new line of power controllers, called Sirius Innovations, includes IO-Link communication modules that reduce control wiring and quickly snap onto contactors of direct, reversing or wye-delta motor starters.
In an effort to reduce power consumption, the new line comes in sizes of S00 (10hp) and S0 (30hp), and can provide a power performance up to 40 A in a 45-mm footprint. The system's IO-Link communication modules extend status and diagnostic data communication within automation platforms, and AS-Interface modules are part of the product range. The modular-designed product includes an expansion of termination options with the introduction of ring-lug terminal versions. Siemens IndustryMore on Sirius Innovations >>
