Nordmeccanica announces installation at Illinois printer

Nordmeccanica S.p.A. (www.nordmeccanica.com) is constantly installing new equipment throughout the U.S.

The latest news concerns Southeastern Printing in Naperville, Ill., one of the nation’s premier beverage label experts. In accordance with the company’s passionate commitment to environmental responsibility, Southeastern decided to invest in a new emission-free laminator. They chose a Nordmeccanica Super Simplex laminator which was developed for solvent free two-component adhesives. The most recent release of Super Simplex is capable of up to 1,350 fpm production speeds with high-quality output. Super Simplex has been the best selling laminator in North America for more than 10 years. The machine will be installed in the early fall at their plant.

Other U.S.-based customers include Plastic Packaging in Hickory, N.C., and Ultraflex/Brooklyn in New York.
