Covering a range of 3/4 to 600 hp, the drive can be set up for closed or open loop vector control for outstanding regulation and torque production, while fast acting motor control functions provide near tripless operation. An embedded Safe Torque Off minimizes downtime for applications requiring occasional intervention (SIL CL3, PLe, Category 3). An integrated brake transistor (up to 125 hp) is included for cost-effective heavy braking. The unit features a high resolution multi-language display with setup wizards and data logging, as well as connection to mobile device. Interaction is made easier with Bluetooth and DriveWizard Mobile, while configuration and monitoring is simplified with DriveWizard Desktop. Programming can be done without main power through an embedded USB port, and an embedded auxiliary control power input (24 V) maximizes production time and efficiency by maintaining network communication while main power is removed. . The drive is available in 240 VAC three phase (1 to 150 HP) and 480 VAC three phase (1 to 600 HP) models. It is designed for use around the world, and carries agency certifications for all major geographical regions.
