Planetary Gearheads

New members of the Faulhaber metal planetary gearhead family are the 14GPT and 16GPT. These compact additions to the series deliver high torque with minimal volume. They are capable of withstanding frequent and sudden load changes and can be combined with a range of motors. The design allows for a higher speed of up to 24,000 rpm, enabling efficient use of the motor's full speed range. The increased number of gear ratios contributes to an optimized thermal behavior and extends the operating range of the gearhead. The new GPT gearheads are made entirely of hardened stainless steel. Welded connections between components ensure a long-lasting construction without the use of adhesives.
