Rugged, Miniature Photoelectric Sensors

May 4, 2010
O7 Series miniature photoelectric sensors measure only 20x15x9mm and are highly durable for industrial automation applications.
The sensors’ small light spot and narrow light cone enable them to detect small objects over long distances. The O7 Series sensors are designed with fixed sensing ranges—no adjustments needed—to enable simple plug-and-play installation. A visible red light beam can be positioned for easy set-up and target alignment. The family of O7 sensors includes diffuse sensors with background suppression that are available with 30-, 50- or 100-mm ranges; polarized retro-reflective models with a 1-meter range; and thru-beam pairs with a 1.5 meter range. The sensors feature a pre-wired cable with M8 Pico connector. List price for O7 Series photoelectrics starts at $87. ifm efector inc.www.ifmefector.com800.441.8246
