It can provide operating speed along with under-speed and over-speed detection for rotating shafts via DeviceNet. The SpeedTalker DN Sensor conforms to ODVA specifications for DeviceNet. It features an open style connector and operates in any DeviceNet network without the need for additional terminals or adapters. The SpeedTalker DN sensor is housed in a NEMA 4, 7 or 9 enclosure with a plated steel mounting bracket.
