XZ-Axis Motorized Linear Positioning Stages Feature 1 Micron Repeatability

Both the X-axis (horizontal axis) and the Z-axis (vertical axis) have the travel lengths of 15 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm, and 75 mm and even longer to meet application requirements. The black anodized aluminum stages feature high precision 1 mm per turn lead screws and crossed roller bearings, and provide up to 1000 mm of travel. They are suitable for: sampling, assembly, sorting, testing, laser drilling and machining, and positioning in lab and manufacturing environments. They are available with stepper motors with knobs for manual adjustment which can be replaced with optical encoders for position verification. The units are also available with servo motors and encoders for closed loop operation and higher operating speeds. These stages are compatible with the company’s line of motion controllers and are available as a complete plug-and-play system.
