The MiniRoller Rail from Rollon is a linear bearing designed for applications requiring moderate loads. It uses induction-hardened and machined raceways to reduce noise, provide a longer lifetime and withstand environmental contaminants. The MiniRoller Rail manages misalignment and includes end chamfers, customizable mounting holes and optional locking Helicoils, all of which help to minimize preparation and installation time. Well suited for tight spaces, each unit comes in the industry standard size 12 mini-monorail configuration with rail lengths up to 2 meters standard or longer. Additional highlights include lifetime lubrication, ability to be equipped with rolling bearing pack sliders, weight-reduced bearing steel linear rails and sliders, and anodized aluminum for corrosion protection. Options include cold-drawn carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy for construction, as well as zinc or nickel plating.
