The PowerScan 9600 RFID combines the ability to read both traditional 1D and 2D barcodes as well as RFID tags in a single, rugged handheld device. This scanner has IP65 and IP67 ratings, can withstand multiple drops to concrete and operates reliably in extreme temperatures. The advanced RFID technology can read tags through packaging, identify items inside sealed boxes and track assets in close proximity without requiring direct visual access. The PowerScan 9600 RFID Series is also available as a cordless model with standard range scan engine, or as a cordless model with 16-key keypad and OLED display. It also features Datalogic’s wireless charging system and a plug-and-play architecture for device interfacing. PowerScan 9600 RFID Series is compatible with all base stations and accessories in the existing PowerScan 9600 family.
