Sustainability Spotlight: Going Green with Performance Optimization

System integrator Maverick Technologies is working toward increasing community sustainability by helping its clients conduct feasibility studies that align with their goals and implement software-based tools. Already established as a company focused on performance and production optimization, the Rockwell Automation company is placing sustainability at the forefront of its mission and values.

“In the past, sustainability was a secondary benefit, but now it’s more central to our customers’ strategy, and energy is crucial to those efforts,” Rockwell sustainability technology and strategy leader Alexandra Schwertner said. “In fact, the International Energy Agency reported in 2021 that 40% of greenhouse gas reductions will come from increased energy efficiency.”
