Hilscher North America announces an extensive channel development plan for the United States market, which is designed to provide a new level of service and support to end user customers using all forms of the netTAP, netLINK, netBRICK, and CIFX gateways and proxies.

“This marks the official start of our entry into the US market with these end user products”, says Phil Marshall, COO of Hilscher NA.   “As part of this plan, we are pleased to announce the signing of the first two US distributors—Professional Control Corporation (PCC) in Germantown, WI and Electro-Matic Products (EMP) in Farmington Hills, MI.”

“Knowledgeable sales and support people directly impact ROI and Hilscher is focused on accelerating our customers’ return on their product investment.  The distributors will sell and support the same revolutionary and reliable netX integrated network controller platform to end users that has been selling into embedded systems for years,” said Marshall.   “Our robust and industry tested solutions are now being backed by an equally strong distribution channel.”

Both new distributors, PCC and EMP, are also Siemens Automation distributors, allowing for Hilscher to bundle its products into a broad set of integrated solutions.

“The synergy we expect with these distributors’ existing lines will give us increased opportunities in the market-place to save our customer’s time and money,” said Victor Wolowec, Hilscher NA’s newly appointed Distribution Channel Manager.  “PCC and EMP are integral parts of the Hilscher team.  We look forward to working with both of them, and to growing the team of new distributors for Hilscher to provide industry leading service and support in the US.“
