Cremation 2.0 at DFW Europe

DFW Europe knew there would be obstacles when the cremation oven manufacturer sought a way to use smartphones to monitor and manage the entire cremation process. Two separate systems manage process control and operation of the company’s cremation ovens, and a remote solution would need to interface with both systems while keeping monitoring and management of the processes simple for users. Fortunately, Opto 22’s groov was up for the task.
