Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions, Inc., a premier manufacturer of engineered linear motion products, announces the release of the 2011 Catalog and Design Guide.
The Haydon Kerk catalog is expanded to include detailed new product sections including the high output can stack linear actuators, the IDEA stepper motor controllers, and motorized RGS® linear rail systems.
The new 230 page catalog and design guide illustrates a wide range of products engineered to be used as building blocks in sophisticated linear motion assemblies depending on the customers' application needs. The catalog is a "starting point" to help educate the customer on Haydon Kerk technology, products, and core capabilities. The components themselves can be customized for a wide range of design criteria, or the customer can work directly with the Haydon Kerk engineering team to design more complicated assemblies.
The catalog is divided into 3 major sections: 1) Precision lead screw and nut assemblies; 2) Linear actuators and drives; and 3) Motorized and non-motorized linear rail systems. In addition to basic product information, each section includes a brief overview of the technology behind the products, part number construction, sizing charts, and product comparison charts.
Typical applications for Haydon Kerk products include robotic assemblies in life science research instrumentation, infusion pumps in medical applications, precision liquid dispense systems in medical testing equipment, transport stations and valves in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and other high-tech precision motion systems.
