The Simatic Panel PC 477 is designed for use in rugged applications. It works without rotating fans or hard disks, making it well-suited for maintenance-free operations. The Panel PC 477 is available with a variety of Pentium processors up to 933MHz. Two Ethernet ports, three USB 2.0 ports, one COM1 port, one VGA port and an MPI/Profibus connection are integrated into the unit. An expandable, compact design and shallow 75mm installation depth also make the Panel PC477 suitable where space is at a premium.
