Based on the vendor’s COAX multi-stage ejector technology, the P6010 vacuum pump is designed to provide up to 40 percent more flow than conventional vacuum pumps, while still reducing overall energy consumption.
The pump’s durable, maintenance-free design makes it well-suited for automated material handling and other manufacturing processes in the automotive, robotic and packaging industries. The P6010 provides quiet and non-heat generating suction at extremely low feed pressures. Additionally, the pump’s compact size, at 3-by-3-by-8 inches, makes it possible to mount closer to the point of suction, thus reducing compressed air requirements and saving energy.
George Reed, with the help of Factory Technologies, was looking to further automate the processes at its quarries and make Ignition an organization-wide standard.
Goodnight Midstream chose Ignition because it could fulfill several requirements: data mining and business intelligence work on the system backend; powerful Linux-based edge deployments...
