    Siemens Digital Industries Software is helping Lishen Battery Joint-Stock Co. establish a technology center, partner publication Control reported.

    “This strategic collaboration with Siemens will harness the potential of digitalization to revolutionize the company's management system and drive our pursuit of high-quality development,” Lishen Battery board chairman and party committee secretary Tong Laiming said.

    The Aug. 8 announcement stated that Lishen Battery will use Siemen’s Opcenter software as part of the collaboration. With the new technology center, Lishen Battery will help add to the global battery industry while advancing the company’s own digital transformation.
