HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION announces the new hire of David Doyle, as Vice President, Sales & Marketing in North America.

With over 25 years of extensive management experience, Doyle joins the HEIDENHAIN family to assume the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing departments.

With HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION based in Schaumburg, IL, Doyle moved from Oregon where he most recently served as Vice President, Material Characterization Business Unit of Nanometrics, a leading manufacturer of automated metrology solutions, supporting semiconductor industries.

Serving other high technology industries in corporate management positions over the years, Doyle originally started his career by earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry & Experimental Physics from the National University of Ireland, where he earned double honors.

HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION is the North American subsidiary of DR. JOHANNES HEIDENHAIN GmbH, a leading international manufacturer of precision measurement and control equipment. HEIDENHAIN product line includes linear scales, rotary and angular encoders, digital readouts, digital length gages, CNC controls, and machine inspection equipment.
