High-purity Pressure Sensor

Dec. 11, 2007
The AST4900 is a MEMs-based, stainless steel pressure sensor designed for the measurement of gasses and liquids in semiconductor processing and other high-purity applications.

Using the vendor’s Krystal Bond Technology, each sensor is free of oil-fill, welds and internal O-rings, all of which eliminate the risk of system contamination in extreme conditions. This media isolated pressure sensor holds a CE EN61326 Certification and UL/cUL508 Approval. The AST4900 is available with two standard fittings: 1/4” NPT Male and 1/4” VCR Male. Pressure units can be calibrated in PSIG, BARG or kg/cm^2.
